AirBnb Project
This homeowner purchased a property by the beach with intentions on listing it as an AirBnb vacation rental. She wanted a fun, family friendly space with a retro coastal vibe.
Background
After touring the property and looking at existing pieces, I provided an Amazon and IKEA shopping list for the homeowner to purchase larger pieces, and more cost effective items. I then shopped locally and sourced some smaller items, delivered to the property, and assisted in styling. I selected a large wooden table to accommodate larger families. The kitchen is black and white, so I added some pops of color from the wall decor to coffee cups and glassware, and added some texture and contrast with woven baskets and wooden bowls/chopping boards. Murals were painted on the bedroom walls and in the living space, so I selected some blankets, pillows and curtains in bold colors to complement.
